Residing at either Courtyard MHC or Lower Dells Estates means being near the captivating Wisconsin River, with countless opportunities for camping, fishing, hiking, and exploring the picturesque landscapes that make Sauk County such a special place to live.

To maintain a harmonious community, all prospective residents must complete a $25 credit and background check, and mobile homes must not exceed 20 years in age. A full list of community guidelines is provided upon application. We proudly welcome furry companions, with a limit of two pets under 30 pounds each. A $35 monthly pet fee per pet applies, and breed restrictions are in effect.
